The Purpose for All
American Government
is established by the
unanimous Declaration by
the thirteen united States of America, that
- All men are created equal.
- Our inherent Rights include Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
- Governments are to secure these rights.
The
Constitution for the United States of America
Defines the Institutions and Processes of Self-Government with the sole mandate to Preserve Individual Rights Defend Individual Liberty and Secure Self-Determination * * *
No other conduct was contemplated
of government for our Republic. The "Federalists" assured us that if a power
was not explicitly delegated,
the power did not exist for governing.

Our governments have no inherent powers. Thomas Jefferson cautioned that our three essential founding documents must be read as a single instruction in order to avoid misconstruction. The Declaration of Independence
proclaims our individual Rights, Liberty and self-determination,
declaring that the purpose of the government we institute is to
preserve those Rights, Liberty and Self-Determination. The Constitution for the United States of America provides the structure for a self-governing Free Society. The First Ten Amendments
provide guidance for constructing the Powers delegated by the
Constitution, including examples, and adding further declaratory and
restrictive clauses. Contrary to common wisdom, these first ten amendments
are NOT a declaration of Rights. The first Ten Amendments were adopted as the condition
for ratification of the Constitution. * * *

How do we make and enforce our laws?
| 1. | We declare that we have individual Rights and Liberty which precede any governing process. | (More) | | 2. | We are, individually, the sovereign, sole source of authority and powers for governing. | (More) | | 3. | We are self-governing and so
we collectively create the institutions and processes of Government to
preserve our individual Rights, Liberty and self-determination. | (More) | | 4. | As a Republic, we delegate our authority for others to
act as our substitutes and agents for governing and we authorize the
use of our sovereign powers to enforce our Law. | (More) | | 5. | Our
republican form of self-government by elected representation proceeds
by very limited democratic processes and within the strict confines of
Constitutionally defined powers to preserve our ability to self-govern. | (More) | | 6. | Our republican, governing institutions, Representatives,
Officials and other public servants have no inherent authority or
powers. The government may not be considered separate from us, because
they have no authority or powers of their own. | (More) | | 7. | Our authority and powers delegated in self-governing are
never surrendered, nor can they diminished in our own hand by our
delegation to other hands for our service. | (More) | | 8. | If our Representatives betray our Declared Purpose for
government, if they defy our Constitutional will which circumscribes
our delegation of powers and prohibitions for governing or if they
subvert our intent and processes with the effect of escaping our lawful
authority for government, they void any actual or presumed authority to
represent our will. | (More) |
In summary, our
Declaration establishes our self-government and our Constitution
defines our governing institutions and processes.
Our self-governing process requires that we make and enforce our laws by
selecting and instructing Representatives to our law-making bodies and that our Representatives should act for us.
Our Founders believed that we would select Representatives in whose character, wisdom and good sense
we could rely.
They believed that decisions by our representatives would be reliable, even when far from our personal control and that representatives would remain loyal to us and to our purposes and processes for governing.
The
process remains intact in our modern day and it is a good one.
The failure of the institution is not a failure of the process
itself, but of our conduct within the process. The process fails
because we are unwilling to deny disloyal Representatives our Governing
Powers. We empower our betrayers for a share in the fruit reaped by our
betrayal.
Fortunately, our failure is easy to correct and can be
accomplished by a small number of Volunteer-Voters, controlling limited
resources and within the current Presidential term.
The process
of correction and restoration is complimentary to every on-going
Patriot effort currently in progress and is in complete accord with our
traditional and familiar political efforts of the last two centuries.
It
is not a process which re-invents a broken wheel. Instead, it is
restorative of the Citizens' will expressed at the Congressional and
Legislative District, where Representatives are Selected, Instructed
and Disciplined by the Constituents, YOU and ME!
It is
additionally, a process which is fully computable and effective to
restore individual sovereignty and control of our State legislative
bodies. This effort in our fifty states can consummate the return of
individual Rights and Liberty and our self-determination protected by
institutions of self-governing by the governed.
