American Government is established by the unanimous declaration by the thirteen united States of America: *
"that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. - That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. . ." * * *
Thomas Jefferson cautioned The Declaration of Independence proclaims our individual Rights, Liberty and self-determination, declaring that the purpose of the government we institute is to preserve those Rights, Liberty and Self-Determination. The Constitution for the United States of America provides the structure for a self-governing Free Society. The First Ten Amendments provide guidance for constructing the Powers delegated by the Constitution, including examples, and adding further declaratory and restrictive clauses. And more. . . I will demonstrate how great the genius of our founders to provide the plan for our modern recovery of government and renewal of life, liberty and happiness as the founders perceived them, and as we, their posterity, were intended to enjoy in our time. How do we self-govern in our Republic?
Our Rebellious Representatives:
Our Representatives have abandoned both our purpose and our Constitution, which means they no longer represent us. Without our authority,this is rebellion.
Conventional Self-Governing Has Failed:
We have many competent people, leaders and organizations engaged in skilled conventional political activites. Unfortunately, we find that more often than not, traditional processes do not work as we expect that they should.
Restoration of Power to Self Govern Requires That We End Corrupted Powers of Seniority:
The root of the problem is undue influence by the exploitation of the commerical value of legislative seniority. The effect of the problem is our society's misplaced confidence in the selection and validity of representation.
In the Congress and State Legislatures - Seniority Rules encourage undue influence and bribery.
Aggregation of power to senior representatives concentrates law and policy in individual hands. This concentration diminishes the corrective influence of representative self-governing and increases the profitability by outside powers to influence prohibited law and persuade adoption of destructive governing policy by our representatives.
Good intentions in theory:
Seniority rules presume that representatives who have been re-elected possess a greater understanding of the Will of the People and the Processes and Policies of Government. Accordingly, the rules grant greater power and privilege to Representatives who have accumulated greater longevity as Representatives.
We have choices.
We restore the Power of our Vote by eliminating the embedded power of Seniority.We continue to yield the Power of our Vote by compromise to the powers of Seniority.
The Triage Solution:
"Triage" is a tactic for decisions of life and death in an overhwelming environment. The choices are three only and they are forced upon the deciders.
- Deny Seniority in the Legislature. Deny your Incumbent's Re-election
- Vote for anyone, but not the incumbent in 2010 and 2012
- Vote for your incumbent's strongest opponent, as the strongest ballot efffect.
Here is the political corollary:
- If the person is dead or uninjured OR MORTALLY INJURED , he receives ZERO attention.
- If the person is injured, but not in IMMEDIATE MORTAL DANGER, he is marked and set aside without further attention.
- IF a person is severely injured, but can be removed to choice Number 2, then life-saving measures are given in priority to anyone included in choices number 1 and 2.
- The first order of Life-Rescue is
- If our Republic and Liberty are dead, mortally wounded or conversely, healthy and Alive, our concern and aid are unwarranted.
- If our Republic and Liberty are damaged, but not dying, we must act with traditional process.
- However, if our Republic and Liberty are mortally injured because traditional process has been blocked, our full attention should be to remove the block, that is, deny the incumbent continued power to betray our Rights, Liberty and Constitution.
We can do this!
We can do this in three years, not decades or generations!
The
remedy we have been seeking is already well known to most of us who
have taken an active hand in local and national politics. That remedy
is in Constitutional political action. Those corrective efforts must be
accompanied or preceded by the destruction of the Seniority corruption
upon our elective processes.
This website and others will provide operating plans, strategies and tactics for those who will plan and execute the destruction of corrupt seniority effects. The Plans are like any other business or political plan. They will list and stage the necessities of Organization. Leadership, Volunteers, Employees, Vendors, Contractors and Associates will be described and assigned duties and tasks. The necessary foundation for a practical organization will also be described and offered as either guiding elements of an independent plan and as a complete, do it by the numbers, detailed plan.
